Description: Responsible for the processes and systems related to customer support for both Clarizen customers and internal employees. Promotes revenue growth, brand value, and productivity by creating exceptional customer satisfaction. Has experience in every functional aspect of customer support including ticketing, community management, scripting using the Clarizen programming language, troubleshooting custom applications, and hosting educational webinars.

Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the primary point of contact for providing technical support and resolution for Clarizen customers
  • Provides troubleshooting and technical support via phone, community, web-based tools, and email
  • Occasionally may need to participate in the on call rotation for P1 and P2 issues
  • Acts as liaison between customers and engineers during problem escalations
  • Takes a very “hands on” approach to customer support, managing all issues from initial call to final resolution and follow-up
  • Creates short knowledge-based articles as needed that reside in our user community
  • Accurately logs all customer cases and interactions in our data management systems
  • Collects and reports product feedback gained during customer interactions
  • Hosts a 60-minute, interactive Q&A webinar each week for customers to answer their questions

Requirements

  • Up to 5 years of experience with customer-facing tech support, Tier 1-2 from a global company preferred
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Creative problem solver with exceptional customer service skills
  • Proven ability to function independently as well as part of a cross-functional team
  • Excellent verbal, phone, and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
