The Global Network leader is responsible for leading and driving the management of Global Networks & and Unified Communications.  The Global Network Leader is responsible for development and deployment of architectures, which aligns the foundational technology components of LAN, WAN, VoIP, and Collaboration to enable strategic business initiatives, support stable operations and provide reasonable security controls. 
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned):
Directs, develops and provides leadership to the Network team, establishing priorities, setting goals, monitoring progress and coordinating efforts with other groups in Enterprise IT.
Lead the development and implementation of the overall Network and UCC strategy.
Develop and manage operational budgets.
Implement Architectural and Security Standards along with standard operational processes.
Assure that service requests and incidents are managed by the Team in respect of standards and OLA. 
Contributing in the delivery of the Technology Roadmap. 
Ensure the compliance of all new infrastructure services with the agreed standards and support the convergence to the new solutions. 
Establish and maintain pro-active and re-active monitoring along with related operational processes internally and with partners to ensure services are delivered to agree Service Level Agreements. 
Develop KPI’s that drive this area to reduce re-occurrence of underlying issues and committed response times.
Create, Build and Lead a team of Senior, Junior and Implementation Network Engineers capable to build and operate Network and Voice solutions in respect of Security standards and aligned to business requirements.
Develop 18 month to 3 year technology road maps based on reference architecture aligned to business requirements which will drive investment decisions in Stratasys’s global network.
Manage the service delivery from Network service providers.
Participates in collaborative business needs analysis, then designs, installs, and supports network and VoIP solutions.  
 
 Essential Education, Skills and Experience:
 
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
  • The ability to manage remote teams, fostering high collaboration between all team members in establishing a single, cohesive culture.
  • Experience with telecommunication industry best practices on network architecture, systems architecture, as well as product/service design and implementation strategies.
  • Excellent knowledge of ITIL frame works.
  • Experience developing, implementing and maintaining metrics and service level agreements.
  • Proven ability to develop complex architecting solutions and describe solutions to stakeholders.
  • Self-disciplined, self-starter who can provide leadership and mentor others while resolving complex incidents and delivering projects.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments and priorities.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to management, team members, business, and technology professionals.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, propose effective solutions and understand and apply business vision and direction.
 
Supervisory Responsibilities:

A large international communications and software company is looking for an experienced inbound product manager for mobile, Mac & Web.
 
The position includes responsibility for the product lifecycle from customer requirement analysis through to version release. The process includes functional characterization of the system and definition of user processes, with an emphasis on Web and mobile applications. Support for product development and testing processes.
 
The position requires:
 3-5 years proven experience in product management or system analysis for mobile applications (iOS experience is an advantage)
 Experience with designing Mac & Web applications
 Understanding customer/end user requirements and translating them to system processes.
 Experience in writing functional requirements and designing user interfaces for mobile and web applications.
 Experience in working with internal or external customers in the US. High level of English communication skills.
 Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology is must
 BA/BSc from recognized academic institution in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and Management, Engineering Software (or other similar disciplines)
