We are searching for a talented, tech-oriented and experienced Customer Success Manager to help our customers make the most out of Cloudinary. You would be part of our Customer Success team and would be focused on increasing adoption of Cloudinary's solutions with our customers.

The ideal candidate would have a strong interest in both business and technology, and must be comfortable in a customer-facing position. You will be the customer's go-to person for everything Cloudinary-related, and should be comfortable with discussing product capabilities and communicating the customer's voice internally.

Responsibilities:

·         Oversee the onboarding of new accounts and ensure a successful conclusion 

·         Be the focal point for the customer’s every need and become a trusted advisor with customers by deeply understanding their business and aligning their needs with our solutions.

·         Provide technical guidance to developers, product managers, system architects around best practices on how to use our image and video platform.

·         Nurture the relationship with the customer through ongoing communication and periodic meetings.

·         Act as customer advocate internally while effectively collaborating with internal teams including product management, customer support, engineering, sales and finance.

·         Track & monitor customer status, identify areas of concern and pursue growth and upsell opportunities. 

Qualifications:

·         3+ years experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS company.

·         Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

·         Technical background in web/mobile environment including hands-on coding experience.  

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

·         Strong individual contributor who drives results.

·         Enjoys working closely with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.

·         Ability to travel up to 20% (as required).

Responsibilities
• Manage the performance of the custom development engineers team and make sure that project goals are met. 
• Work towards achieving the commercial objectives established for Custom Development practice by the management.
• Work independently and be able to remotely manage the teams and projects.
• Should be able to solve complex implementation, people problems and business problems, and manage client expectations.
• Acts as an expert and mentor software engineers and testers on technical matters.
• Support client custom implementation projects and be responsible for solution design, build, client reviews, testing, production deployment and related deliverables.
• Advise on estimations, project plans, scoping documents and other required project documentation.
• Communicate with customers, and internally with QA, product management, R&D and sales persons.
• Manage and develop software engineers teams (hiring process, project resourcing, mentoring and training, etc)
Requirements
• Six plus years of experience in the technical field
• Two plus years of experience as a manager of team leaders or four plus years as a team leader
• Proven experience in managing remote employees - A MUST
• Experience with P&L ownership – A BIG PLUS
• Knowledge of Actimize ERCM platform – A PLUS
• External Consulting or Professional Services experience at a vendor – A PLUS
• Proven experience with agile methodologies
• Strong communication and writing skills are essential
